1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the case number was wrongly typed in the cause title of the application. Consequently, the error has gone into the order passed.

2. It appears that at the heading of the order-sheet, the case number is wrongly mentioned as "Chandannagar P.S Case no. 139 of 2025". It should actually be "Chandannagar P.S Case no. 138 of 2025".

3. Accordingly, the order dated 27.10.2025 is hereby corrected and the remaining portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.

4. The Department is directed to make necessary correction in this regard.
