Mandal ... for the State-respondent(s) The petitioner informed the Officerin-charge of Harishchandrapur Police Station on or about 23.08.2025 complaining against the private respondents who are bent upon to grab the property of the petitioner and are interfering with the cultivation as also harvesting of the crops in the property referred to in the writ petition.

The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of informing the police authorities, no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects at the relevant point of time

when enquiry was conducted, the police authorities found that the paddy was still there. However, the said enquiry was conducted in the year 2022.

The petitioner presently is apprehensive regarding the act and actions of the private respondents. The police authorities have drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS on or about 13.09.2025.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities are well aware regarding the strained relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct the police authorities would ensure that there is no violation of any law and order and, to that extent, they would continue their surveillance to ensure that the situation is not blown out of the proportion.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21355 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the petitioner.
