Mr. Munshi Ashiq Elahi, Ms. Sabnam Laskar ...for the petitioners A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a suit instituted in the year 2018 being Title Suit No.465 of 2018, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court, at Howrah, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

The only contention expressed by the petitioners is that defendants are suffering injunction order, and the hearing of the injunction application got delayed due to the pendency of some other interlocutory applications, specifically the application for local inspection. In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite parties stands dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) 3rd Court, Howrah, in Title Suit No.465 of 2018, is

requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the above referred suit, subject to the suitability and convenience of the court below, after causing disposal of interlocutory applications, if there be any pending, one after another, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.

While endeavouring such exercise, the application for injunction may be endravoured to be disposed of expeditiously, preferably before end of December, 2022.

Petitioners are directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite parties and their learned advocate in the court below.

With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.)
