2. Learned Advocate for the alleged contemnor hands up a compliance report wherefrom it appears that the alleged contemnor has passed a reasoned order as was the direction in the concerned order of this Court.

3. Let the compliance report be kept with the records.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we see that our order stands complied with although belatedly. We accept the unconditional apology tendered on behalf of the alleged contemnor for the delay in complying with the order.

5. Needless to say, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the aforesaid reasoned order, they will be

entitled to challenge the same in accordance with law before the appropriate forum.

6. CPAN 957 of 2022 is disposed of.

7. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
