1. This matter has appeared in the list for correction of the order dated November 14, 2025 at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. In the third line of paragraph 6 of the said order, the words 'memo no.129/CGS dated May 29, 2017' shall be replaced with the words 'Memo No.2988/G dated September 16, 2013'; and in the end of the said paragraph the words 'and the last pay drawn' shall be inserted.

3. The following paragraph shall also be inserted as sub-paragraph 6. "The impugned direction dated August 20, 2025 of the Directorate of Accounts, School Education Department, Birbhum annexed at page 61 of the writ petition directing refund of overdrawn amount stands set aside".

4. Rest of the order remains unaltered.

5. Let this order be read along with the order dated November 14, 2025.

6. Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
