Having regard to the fact that the o.p. was evading the ld. JM, 2nd Court, Durgapur, this Court was compelled to pass an earlier order dated 01.9.2023.

Since the o.p. has already been produced before the Ld. JM, 2nd Court, Durgapur, the ld. JM, 2nd Court, Durgapur, will exercise its discretion as to how complete the Misc. Execution Case 110 of 2021.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3282 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. The State is directed to hand over a copy of the report prepared by Sub-Inspector of Police, Budbud P.S. along with the enclosures to learned advocate for the petitioner.
