The revisional application was preferred against an order whereby the learned trial court was pleased to refuse the prayer for discharge under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Report reflects that on the next date i.e. 7th December, 2021, the learned court has fixed for recording the evidence of charge-sheet witness no. 68.
Having regard to the progress of the case, I am of the view that no interference can be made at this belated stage. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the time of final arguments of the sessions trial case.
Thus, CRR 2791 of 2012 is disposed of.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
