The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated June 29, 2012 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Burdwan in C.R. Motion No.175 of 2011. The subject matter of the revisional application was the order dated 28.11.2011 passed by the Ld. Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Burdwan in M.P. Case No.304 of 2010 under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the time limit that has been fixed in the mean time, I am of the view, no order need be passed in this revisional application. Prima facie disputes of such nature are to be adjudicated by the Civil Court.

Accordingly, CRR 2792 of 2012 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
