The petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation into the FIR No.447 of 2021 dated 6th October 2021 registered by the Nabadwip Police Station.

It is submitted that the name of the 8th respondent should have been included in the FIR. Counsel for the State submits that the said name has been included after leave granted by the local ACJM. In these circumstances, it is ordered that the investigation into the matter be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
