1. From the statement of the victim it transpires that the four petitioners were involved in the assault of the victim who sustained injuries on his scalp leading to several stitches.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the nature of injury, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. 4.
