To that effect, information was furnished with the Officerin-charge of Chanditala Police Station, but, no steps have been taken.

Report submitted by the State reflects that already Chanditala P.S. Case No. 684 of 2025 dated 06.09.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Having considered that TS 356 of 2017 and the Appeal, being WPA 12272 of 2024 along with CPAN 191 of 2025

are pending, I am of the view that as both the parties are before the different forums - be it, civil and criminal Court as well as writ court, so far as the rights relating to the land is concerned, the same would be considered by the appropriate forum. The police authorities would only focus on the criminal case which has been registered.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21344 of 2025 is disposed of.
