The petitioners are aggrieved by a notice under Section 41A of the Cr. P. C. issued by the Lake Town Police Station in connection with FIR No. 17 of 2022 dated 22.01.2022.

The petitioners claim that a notice under Section 41A cannot be issued calling for production of the documents. It appears that the petitioners have been asked to be present for questioning.

This Court sees no infirmity in the steps taken by the Police.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
