1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there was a romantic relationship between the parties. It is further submitted there is delay in lodging FIR. Accordingly, he prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits victim is yet to be examined. Her objectionable pictures were circulated and she was blackmailed.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a minor. Whether her involvement with the petitioner was compelled through blackmail has to be assessed during trial. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
