The revisional application was preferred for transferring the case from the court of the learned ACJM, Contai to any court within the district at Paschim Medinipur.

Records of the revisional application reflects that till date the revisional application has not been admitted and no information has been furnished to this Court regarding the present stage of the proceedings before the court below.

Having regard to the time period which has elapsed in the meantime and the case do not involve any question of law, but the only issue is regarding the transfer of the case, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage. Accordingly, CRR 2797 of 2012 is dismissed.
