The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Kashipur Police Station on a complaint against the private respondents.

Counsel for the State submits that proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. has been taken out. There is a long- standing dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Appropriate civil proceeding may be taken out by the petitioner in this regard.

4.

The Police shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The report of the Kashipur Police Station dated 21.09.2022 is taken on record.

The writ petition is disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
