Mr. Sandipan Ganguly Mr. Amitava Mitra Mr. Dipanjan Dutt Ms. Antara Chowdhury ... for the petitioners Ms. Suveni Banerjee ... for the O.P.No. 2 By filing a joint petition annexing therewith a copy of the Memorandum of Settlement, learned senior counsel representing the petitioners as well the O.P. No. 2 submit that the parties with the intervention of their friends and well wishers have been able to erase out the difference and dispute.

Mr. Ganguly, learned senior counsel representing the petitioners points out the relevant paragraph set out in the Memorandum of Settlement.

Ms. Banerjee, learned counsel representing the opposite party no. 2 virtually supports the contention of Mr. Ganguly. In view of such settlement there remains practically nothing to adjudicate only to endorse to decision of the parties and to take follow up action.

The criminal revisions are allowed and the proceedings being Salanpur P.S. Case No. 18 dated 03.3.2006 under Sections 420/406/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Salanpur P.S. Case No. 24 dated 20.3.2006 under Section 392 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Asansol (as then was) stand quashed.

With the aforesaid observations, the criminal revisions along with applications are disposed of.
