1. In our judgment dated March 12, 2025, we erroneously recorded that a formal decree be drawn up, although by the said judgment, we remanded the matter to the learned Judge of the First Appellate Court to adjudicate the title appeal on its own merits independently, in respect ofwhich no decree is required to be drawn up.
