1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This is a second application for anticipatory bail after rejection of the first one by the co-ordinate Bench on 03.01.2023 in CRM(A) 6022 of 2022. This petition is moved on the ground that charge-sheet has been filed and some of the accused persons have been granted regular bail. Accordingly, ground of parity may be considered in favour of the petitioners.

3. All the aforesaid conditions do not constitute a supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the prayer of anticipatory bail moved for the second time.
