Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report prepared by the Officer-in-Charge, Ekbalpore Police Station enclosed with a statement recorded of one Shama Parveen who is the de facto complainant of Ekbalpore Police Station Case No.583 of 2017 dated 18.10.2017. It has been informed that on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional Court. The statement of the de facto complainant reflects that she is not interested to pursue with the present revisional application as they have not only separated but there is a mutual divorce which has taken place with her husband. A declaration has also been submitted before the Officer-in-Charge. Considering the changed circumstances and facts that there were marital disputes and many cases arose by and between the parties and the de facto complainant do not intend to pursue with the further progress of Ekbalpore Police Station Case No.583 of 2017, I direct that the proceedings of the said case including the charge-sheet filed therein and all subsequent

orders passed by the jurisdictional Court in connection with G.R. Case No. 4344 of 2017 arising out of Ekbalpore Police Station Case No.583 of 2017 be quashed.

Accordingly, C.R.R. 3516 of 2022 is allowed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
