1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in terms of the order passed by this Court in the earlier litigation, the authority has passed an order on 21st June, 2024 but inadvertently the petitioners have not challenged the said order. He prays for withdrawal of the present writ application with liberty to file afresh.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, WPA 21817 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
