The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground. Her application is pending consideration before the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. Without going into the merits of the application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary of the Board to take into consideration the prayer of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be

passed and communicated to the parties immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application for seeking transfer along with all medical documents in support of her case to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
