Learned Advocate appearing for the added respondents submits that, the writ petitioners obtained benefits of the interim order granted by the High Court. The writ petitioners should disgorge the benefits so obtained.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the State refers to the report and submits that, the writ petitioners did not obtain any benefits.

The issue as to whether the writ petitioners obtained any benefits need not be entered into in the present proceedings.

The added respondents are at liberty to ventilate such grievances along with any other grievances of theirs before the appropriate forum.

All points raised by the appearing parties are kept

open.
