Considering the serious nature of allegations that the petitioners and others were hurling bombs at each other and the seizure list showing seizure of remnants of bombs, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
