In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for an order directing the respondent police authorities to take immediate steps on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner. It has been alleged in the writ petition that no steps have been taken by the police authorities on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State files the report of the Officer-in-Charge, Indas Police Station dated 3rd of September, 2024 which is taken on record. It appears from the report that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, Indas P.S. Case No. 142/2024 dated 23rd of July, 2024 was registered and after completion of investigation Indas P.S.

chargesheet No. 155/2024 dated 31st of August, 2024

under Sections 447/323/354/506/34 IPC has been submitted. Therefore, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been sufficiently redressed. In the event, the petitioner has any further grievance it will be open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
