It appears that matter was taken up for consideration on number of occasions and lastly it was taken up for consideration on 16th November, 2023 when no one appeared for the petitioner. It further appears that petitioner has lost interest in the fate of this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
