Perused the case diary.

Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the grievous injury inflicted on the scalp of the victim and the fact that the other co-accused were arrested and only thereafter were granted bail, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
