Petitioner claims to be the owner of a property. On the other hand learned advocate for the private respondents claim that they have purchased an undemarcated property. Petitioner submits that he is being disturbed threatened and harassed at the behest of the private respondents and to that effect information has been furnished to the police authorities but no steps have been taken.

On the other hand learned advocate for the State submits that proceedings have been drawn up under Section 126 of the BNSS on or about 12.08.2025. Police authorities have taken steps for maintaining law and order. It is directed that police authorities would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident

results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 21478 of 2025 disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
