1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 31st August, 2023.

2. In the fifth line of third paragraph of order dated 31st August, 2023, the words 'to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur' be read as 'to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purba Medinipur at Tamluk'.

3. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
