The petitioner was granted supply order for supply of material from Shyampur More to Rampur village under Rakhera Bishpuria Gram Panchayat. After supply of material, he raised bills which were recommended for payment by the Nirman Sahayak of the Panchayat. The petitioner submits that the bills have not yet been cleared. It appears that several representations have been made by the petitioner before the Pradhan, Rakhera Bishpuria Gram Panchayat wherein the bills raised by him have been recommended for payment by Nirman Sahayak of the Panchayat.

In view of the above, the Pradhan, Rakhera Bishpur Gram Panchayat, being the 4th respondent herein, is directed to take necessary steps for payment of the approved/recommended bills to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of communication of this order subject to the petitioner complying with the requisite formalities in this regard.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
