1. The report filed by I.O is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioner and the report filed today wherefrom it appears that the submission made on the earlier occasion that the victim has married the petitioner is incorrect, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
