1. The order passed by this court has been complied with.

2. The construction has been found to be unauthorized/ illegal. The records have been sent to the Sub-Divisional Officer. Records have also been sent to the Block Development Officer. In this regard, it is the SubDivisional Officer who has to discharge his function in terms of Section 23(6) of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973.

3. Under such circumstances, the contempt application is disposed of. Contempt proceeding is dropped.

4. Personal appearance of Hasnabanu Mistri is dispensed with. Rule is discharged.
