Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today be taken on record.

The Director General and Inspector General of Police, West Bengal has filed a detailed report. The report is well prepared, lucid, transparent and fair. This Court is inclined to accept such report. The allegations against the police are found to be absolutely baseless. This Court has reason to doubt the bona fides of the writ petitioner. the petitioner is warned against such misadventure in future.

Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to avail any other remedies in respect of the final report filed by them in connection with the case of kidnapping of his daughter in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
