The concerned Treasury Officer shall release the dues of the petitioner within a week from date upon the petitioner producing all necessary documents as required for receiving pension along with arrears. 4.

With the aforesaid direction, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
