In re : CRAN 1 of 2024.

1. The petitioner was granted bail by an order dated August 31, 2023, inter alia, on the condition that he shall report to the Officer-in-Charge, Raghunathganj Police Station once in a week until further orders. He prays for relaxation of that condition. He says that he has now shifted from Raghunathganj Police Station to New Town. It is causing him great hardship to report to the Rathunathganj Police Station. He has adhered to the conditions of bail scrupulously.

2. From the report filed by the State we do not find anything adverse regarding this petitioner. He seems to be complying with the conditions of bail. Signed By :

3. Accordingly, we are inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer. He need not report to the Rathunathganj Police Station. However, he shall report to the New Town Police Station once in a month until further orders. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

4. CRAN 1 of 2024 is, accordingly, disposed of.

5. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
