It is alleged petitioner had made comments about deities and the religion. This hurt the sentiments of a particular community.

Prima facie allegations disclose ingredients of the alleged offences. Accordingly, I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned criminal proceeding.

It is open to the petitioner to agitate his defence at the appropriate stage of the proceeding.
