Learned lawyer appearing for the petitioner submits that the Criminal Revision No. 116 of 2019 pending before the learned Addition Sessions Judge, 2nd Fast Track Court, Bichar Bhawn has been disposed of finally. As the present revision is in respect of orders dated 12.09.2019 and 19.09.2019 in C. Rev. 116 of 2019, the present revisional application has become infructuous.

A copy of the said judgment in Criminal Revision No. 116 of 2019 dated 07.04.2021 has been filed and it is seen that the said revision has been disposed of finally on 07.04.2021.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision thus being infructuous is dismissed and accordingly disposed of.

Mr. Binoy Panda and Ms. Puspita Saha, learned advocate are requested to represent the State in this matter.

Let their appointment be regularized by the Learned Public Prosecutor, High Court, Calcutta.

Let copy of this order be sent to the trial court for information and necessary action.
