Mr. Saumyen Datta Mr. Tapas Singha Roy .... For the Petitioners. Mr. Lalit MNohan Mahata Mr. P.B. Mahata ... For the State. The grievance of the petitioners is directed against non-consideration of the representation dated 31st July, 2024.

It is alleged that the petitioners be entitled to run a weekly 'HAAT' at the subject premises.

The State is represented and submits that without a valid license in accordance with law, there is no question of the petitioners being allowed to run any 'HAAT'.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the parties, WPA 21668 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent no. 4 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 31st July, 2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order to the said respondent and after giving a right of hearing S.D.

to all the affected parties in accordance with law and without being influenced by any observation made in this

order.

It is made clear that there has been no adjudication on the merits of the case and all questions are left open to be decided by the respondent no. 4 in accordance with law.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Affidavit of Service filed by the petitioners in Court be kept with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
