1. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there are sufficient materials on record showing that there is a dispute between the parties regarding the amount of foodgrains received and the amount of payment made on their behalf.

2. The learned counsel for the State has also submitted that the petitioners were given liberty to produce the documents before the concerned police station but they have failed.

3. In have gone through the materials on record. A case may have a civil colour along with texture of criminality.

4. Considering the materials on record, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this stage.

5. The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
