1. Today is the second date when there is none to represent the writ petitioner. Earlier on 22.01.2026 also when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner. We further find that despite an opportunity to file reply granted by the court under its order dated 04.09.2023, till date reply has not been filed by the writ petitioner.

2. It appears that the writ petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for default.
