1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who claims to be the owner of three horses and making certain allegations against the private respondents in whose custody the horses were given after having been seized from the petitioner.

2. Since the personal interest of the petitioner is involved in the matter, we cannot treat this matter as PIL.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.

4. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to move appropriate forum for necessary relief.
