The Director of Local Bodies, West Bengal has passed a reasoned order as we have recorded in our earlier order dated April 18, 2023. The appellants are unhappy with and aggrieved by that order. We are afraid that we cannot consider the legality and validity of the order in this appeal. The order of the Director of Local Bodies furnishes the appellants with a fresh cause of action. The appellants would be at liberty to challenge such order in accordance with law before the appropriate forum, if they are so advised. Considering the correctness of that order will be beyond the scope of this appeal.

Accordingly, this appeal being MAT 1527 of 2022 is disposed of along with the application being I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2022 reserving liberty to the

appellants to challenge the order of the Director of Local Bodies, as aforesaid.
