Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner files affidavit of service which may be kept with the record. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the respondent no.4 which is the effective respondent in the matter.

Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent no.4/The Senior Joint Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Medinipur Circle, in considering and disposing its representation which was filed on 3rd May, 2023 and on 22nd August, 2023, for intimating the petitioner the fate of its application for revocation of cancellation of its registration.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as appears from record, this writ petition being WPA 21081 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the

respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22nd August, 2023 being Annexure P-6 to the writ petition and specifically intimating the petitioner the fate of its application in question for revocation of cancellation of its GST registration, within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 21081 of 2023 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
