The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside the impugned judgement and order dated 14th August, 2019 and all subsequent orders thereto passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Howrah in relation to criminal appeal No.53 of 2018 arising out of order dated 15.03.2018 corresponding to Criminal Misc. Case No.254 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Section 12 of the PWDV Act read with Sections 18/19/20/22 along with Section 23 of PWDV Act passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Municipal Court, Howrah. Considering the prayer of the learned advocate on record and the materials on record, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the revision as prayed for.

The present revision is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. All applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
