It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that in connection with CID Cyber Crime Police Station Case No.03(02) of 2022 dated 21st February, 2022, the petitioner has not been made an accused. Therefore, the instant revision becomes infructuous.

It is also submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that during investigation, on the prayer of the Investigating Officer, bank account in the name of the petitioner was freezed. Since the petitioner has not been made an accused, he may be permitted to use and transact from the said account.

The instant revision be dismissed being infructuous. The petitioner/Company is permitted to use the account standing in its name henceforth.

Report submitted by the Investigating Officer be kept with the record.
