Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits they were on bail due to miscommunication. They were unable to appear and warrant of arrest was issued against them. Thereafter they were arrested and pray for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer and submits petitioners had absconded since 2018.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had absconded since 2018. In view of such conduct and the materials on record disclosing involvement of the petitioners in the murder, we are not inclined to grant bail to them at this stage.
