Present petition has been filed for expeditious hearing of C.R. No.375 of 2021 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act pending before the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a complainant and the complaint filed in 2021 3.

The court considers that no prejudice would be caused to either of the parties, if an appropriate direction is issued for the expeditious disposal.

Under such circumstances, learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly is directed to dispose of C.R. No.375 of 2021 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act expeditiously in accordance with the law. 5.

Accordingly, CRR 3978 of 2025 stands disposed of. 6.
