Having considered the prayers so advanced on behalf of the petitioners before the learned trial court which was disposed of by an order dated 18.07.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore in connection with Panchasayar Police Station Case No.59 of 2021 (ACGR-4347 of 2021), I direct the investigating officer to submit the report which was presented before this Court to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore who would give a copy of the same to the petitioners before this Court. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3290 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
