Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is a long standing civil dispute between the private parties. No one suffered any grievous injury. Charge sheet has been submitted.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. She points to the statement of the victim and eye-witnesses and to the injury report which shows cut injury over scalp that required five stitches. According to the victim, the assault was made with a sword.

Considering the nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the present petitioner. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3200 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
