It is seen that there is a typographical error in the order dated 13th August, 2025.
On perusal of the order dated 13th August, 2025 it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "WPA 5651 of 2007" it should be read as "WPA 5651 of 2008." The other portion of the order dated 13th August, 2025 shall remain the same.
