An affidavit described as affidavit of compliance affirmed on February 11, 2025, on behalf of the alleged contemnor, filed in court today, be kept with the records. We find from the affidavit that indeed an award appears to have been passed as was directed by this Court by the order in question.

In view of the aforesaid, we do not see any reason to keep this contempt application pending.

CRC 7 of 2023 is, accordingly, disposed of. The Rule stands discharged.

This order will not prevent the petitioners from challenging the award in accordance with law before the appropriate forum, if they are entitled to do so. RVW 152 of 2022:

Learned Advocate for the review applicant says that in view of the order disposing of the contempt application, this application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, RVW 152 of 2022 is disposed of.
